For many years, Novatech has assisted numerous clients in streamlining their business processes by offering IT solutions, managed print services, and document management solutions. Whether a business is facing challenges in cybersecurity, managing critical documents in a cloud environment, or simply lacks the knowledge to find the right printer equipment for their office, Novatech is there to help.
Problem
Novatech required a quoting tool capable of seamless integration with their current database and other existing applications. The primary objective was to acquire a tool that could furnish comprehensive details on client deals, offer recommendations for convenient deals, and facilitate the creation of visually appealing sales presentations for effective deal closures. This need arose from their dissatisfaction with the existing outdated and inadequate system that lacked essential features.
Solution
Keypoint Intelligence meticulously designed and developed a tool seamlessly integrating with Novatech’s technology, elevating their business capabilities. This quoting tool excels in crafting sales proposals, facilitating business deals, and employing a cutting-edge comparison tool to assess devices. Beyond these functions, the tool offers additional features such as revenue tracking, messaging capabilities, approval states, and various other elements, greatly simplifying the tasks of sales representatives.
My Role
In this project, my responsibility encompassed the design and communication of every phase of the application, involving both our development team and Novatech’s team. Given the project’s scale, I employed various techniques to streamline the process for all stakeholders. Initiating with a user flow chart, I delineated the anticipated user journey. Subsequently, I crafted wireframes to provide a more detailed visualization to the team. The conceptualization was solidified through high-fidelity mockups, where careful attention was given to aligning colors, graphics, and other visual elements with the client’s brand. Throughout this creative process, I utilized Figma, my preferred design tool, ensuring efficient collaboration with the development team and clients for valuable feedback.
